Radiocommunications Act 1989

Registration

15: Priority according to time of registration

You could also call this:

"First in, first served: registrations are dealt with in the order they arrive"

Illustration for Radiocommunications Act 1989

When you register something under the Radiocommunications Act 1989, it gets registered in the order it is received. You will see that things are registered one after the other, in the order they arrive. This means the first one to arrive gets dealt with first. When there are many registrations about the same radio frequencies, they are prioritised by the order they were registered. This helps decide which registration comes first when there are many about the same thing. You can think of it like a queue, where the first one in the queue gets served first.
