When you lodge a caveat, the Registrar checks it. If it is correct, the Registrar tells the people affected. You will be told if you are the manager and someone has lodged a caveat against your management rights. You will also be told if you are the rightholder and someone has lodged a caveat against your spectrum licence, as explained in section 89.
