When you get a certificate of incorporation for a society, it proves that you have done everything the law says you need to do to become incorporated. This certificate also shows that from the date of incorporation, your society is officially registered and incorporated under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. You can check section 15 to see how the certificate is issued and section 10(2) to understand how the Registrar checks if the requirements are met.
