192Amalgamation proposal

  1. In this subpart, an amalgamation proposal is a document that—

  2. sets out the terms of the amalgamation; and
    1. sets out the proposed constitution of the amalgamated society; and
      1. sets out all other information prescribed by the regulations (if any).
