Illustration for Incorporated Societies Act 2022

You need to tell the Registrar if your society's contact person changes. You must tell them if a new contact person is chosen or if the contact person's name or details change. You have 20 working days to do this after you find out about the change. You must give the Registrar this notice in the way the regulations say to. The regulations will explain how to do this. You have to make sure the Registrar gets this notice on time. This is an important step for your society. You must follow the rules to stay up to date.
