138Powers of court where leave granted

  1. The court may make any order it thinks fit in relation to an application under section 135 made by a member or an officer or in a proceeding in which a member or an officer intervenes with leave of the court under that section.

  2. The orders may include (without limitation) an order—

  3. authorising the member, officer, or any other person to control the conduct of the proceeding:
    1. giving directions for the conduct of the proceeding:
      1. requiring the society, the officers, or a member to provide information or assistance in relation to the proceeding.
