  1. Nothing in this Act prevents a society from—

  2. having any of the following in te reo Māori:
    1. the society’s constitution:
      1. the society’s bylaws (if any):
        1. any other document required by or for the purposes of this Act; or
        2. keeping its records in te reo Māori.
