197Registration of amalgamation

  1. The following must be sent to the Registrar for an amalgamation of 2 or more societies:

  2. the approved amalgamation proposal; and
    1. all certificates required under section 196; and
      1. all other information prescribed by the regulations (if any); and
        1. the fee prescribed by the regulations.
