147Powers of court where leave granted
The court may make any order it thinks fit in relation to an application under section 144 made by a member or an officer or in a proceeding in which a member or an officer intervenes with leave of the court under that section.
The orders may include (without limitation) an order—
- authorising the member, officer, or any other person to control the conduct of the proceeding:
- giving directions for the conduct of the proceeding:
- requiring the society, the officers, or a member to provide information or assistance in relation to the proceeding.
