19Validity of actions
An act of a society or the transfer of property to or by a society is not invalid merely because the society did not have the capacity, right, or power to do the act or to transfer or take a transfer of the property.
Subsection (1) does not limit Part 4 (which relates to enforcement).
The fact that an act is not, or would not be, in the best interests of a society does not affect the capacity of the society to do the act.
