You can ask a society for certain information at any time. You can ask for the financial statements from the last annual general meeting. You can also ask for the minutes from the last general meeting. The society must give you the information you ask for within a reasonable time. They must not charge you for this information. This rule still applies even if other rules, like Sections 80 and 81, say something different. You can get this information without any cost to you.
