Conversion of entities into incorporated societies

257Entities formed or incorporated by other Acts may convert to be incorporated societies

  1. A body corporate or other association that is formed or incorporated by or under an Act or a Provincial Ordinance that is specified by the regulations for the purposes of this section may be reregistered as an incorporated society under this Act in accordance with Schedule 3.
