You can change a society's constitution if the change is minor or fixes an error. You make a small change or correct a mistake. The society's committee must tell all members about the change. You send a notice with the change and tell members they can object. If no member objects within 20 working days, the committee can make the change. If a member does object, the society cannot make the change in this way. The committee must follow the society's rules when sending the notice. You must give members time to object to the change before it is made.
