  1. This subpart applies to a resolution—

  2. to authorise a member of a society to request the society’s removal from the register under subpart 1; or
    1. for the purposes of section 216 (being a resolution that provides for the distribution of a society’s surplus assets under subpart 5); or
      1. to appoint a liquidator of a society.
