34Registration of amendment

  1. The Registrar must register an amendment given under section 33 if the Registrar is satisfied that—

  2. the amendment was made in accordance with section 30 or 31; and
    1. the society’s constitution, as amended, will continue to comply with the requirements of this Act.
      1. The amendment takes effect from the date of registration.

      2. Registration of the amendment is conclusive evidence that all requirements relating to the making, or registration, of the amendment were complied with.

      3. Subsection (3) is subject to section 35.
