Illustration for Incorporated Societies Act 2022

You need to keep a record of what officers tell you about their interests. This record is called an interests register. It has information from officers under section 63, which you can find at section 63. You can look at the interests register at a reasonable time if you are an officer of the society. The committee is in charge of keeping the register up to date. They must make sure it is maintained properly. The interests register is important for the society. It helps keep track of what officers have told you about their interests. You can use it to find out what officers have disclosed under section 63.
