Illustration for Incorporated Societies Act 2022

You are not affected by a society's constitution just because it is registered. You are also not deemed to have knowledge of the constitution just because it is available to look at. This is the case even if the constitution is registered on the register or available for inspection at the society's office, as seen in the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 comparison to 1993 No 105 s 19.
