You need to tell the Registrar about certain changes. These changes include when a new officer is elected or appointed. You also need to tell the Registrar when an officer stops being an officer. You must tell the Registrar about changes to an officer's information. This information is specified in the regulations. You have 20 working days to tell the Registrar after you find out about the change. You must give the Registrar this notice in the way specified by the regulations. This helps the Registrar keep up-to-date information about your society. You should follow the regulations to ensure you give the notice correctly.
