When a report is made under section 159(1), you need to know the relevant Minister has to do a few things. The Minister must give a copy of this report to the House of Representatives within 5 working days of getting it, or as soon as possible when Parliament is next in session. The Minister then has to present another report to the House of Representatives, which explains how the Government will respond to the first report made under section 159(1).
