37: Amendment and revocation of codes of practice

“How the Commissioner can change or cancel codes of practice”

The Commissioner can change or cancel a code of practice at any time. When the Commissioner wants to make changes or cancel a code, they need to follow the same rules as when they make a new code. These rules are explained in sections 33, 35, and 36 of the law. This means that changing or cancelling a code involves the same steps and considerations as creating a new one.
