Illustration for Privacy Act 2020

When the Commissioner writes a report or makes a statement about the Privacy Act 2020 or the Crown Entities Act 2004, they must not say anything bad about you unless you have had a chance to say something first. The Commissioner has to make sure you are heard before they make any comment that is adverse to you. This rule applies to any report or statement the Commissioner makes under these Acts.
