55Currency of civil defence emergency management group plan

  1. A civil defence emergency management group plan—

  2. takes effect on the date of the final decision taken under section 52(1)(e); and
    1. remains operative for the period specified in the plan, but if the plan is not replaced before the close of that period it continues in force until replaced.
