144Duties of Registrar with respect to appeals

  1. The Registrar must—

  2. take all necessary steps for obtaining the determination of an appeal under this Part; and
    1. obtain and lay before the Summary Appeal Court in proper form all documents, exhibits, and other things relating to the relevant summary trial that appear necessary for the proper determination of the appeal; and
      1. provide the necessary forms and instructions relating to notices of appeal under this Part to any person who asks for them, to persons in charge of places where persons punished by a disciplinary officer may lawfully be detained, and to any other persons that the Registrar thinks fit.
        1. Every person in charge of a place referred to in subsection (1)(c) must cause the forms and instructions to be placed at the disposal of persons detained in that place who desire to lodge a notice of appeal under this Part.
