117ZDAccused does not have certain rights if accused is tried summarily or otherwise dealt with under this Part

  1. If a disciplinary officer tries an accused summarily or an accused is otherwise dealt with under this Part,—

  2. the accused does not have, in relation to the relevant charge, the right to legal representation; and
    1. the accused does not have, in relation to the relevant charge, the right to a hearing by an independent court.
