You can ask for your sentence to be looked at again by lodging a petition with the Authority. You must use the correct form when you do this. You need to give the petition to the person in charge of where you are being held. You are allowed to lodge a petition against your sentence if you are a service prisoner or detainee. The person in charge must send your petition to the Authority as soon as they can. This is so the Authority can consider your petition.
