15Application of Act to passengers in HM ships, aircraft, and vehicles

  1. Where any person (being a person who would not, apart from this section, be subject to this Act) is for the time being a passenger in any ship, aircraft, or vehicle of the Armed Forces, whether in New Zealand or elsewhere, that person shall be subject to this Act to such extent as may be prescribed; and the provisions of this Act, subject to such exceptions and modifications as may be prescribed, shall apply to him accordingly.
