1Short Title and commencement

  1. This Act may be cited as the Armed Forces Discipline Act 1971.

  2. This Act shall come into force on a date to be fixed by the Governor-General by Order in Council.

  3. An order under this section is secondary legislation (see Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements).
