14Commanding officer in relation to prisoners of war and spies

  1. Every person subject to this Act by virtue of section 12 or section 13 shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to be under the command of the commanding officer of the defence area or ship in which, or the unit or other part of the Armed Forces with which, he is for the time being held in custody.
