When you are part of a court of inquiry, it usually sits in private. You can only attend if you are a member, a counsel appointed under section 200B(3), a witness giving evidence, or someone allowed by the president. If section 200N applies, you can also attend if you are affected by the inquiry or your legal representative is approved by the president. The president decides who else can be there. You can have a legal representative or adviser at the inquiry if section 200N applies and the president approves.
