In sections 200A to 200T, you will see some special words. You need to know what these words mean. The word 'assembling authority' refers to the Chief of Defence Force or the officer in charge of a part of the Armed Forces. When you see the word 'member', it means someone who is part of a court of inquiry, and this includes the president. The 'president' is the person in charge of a court of inquiry. A 'record of proceedings' is a collection of things like evidence and reports from a court of inquiry. You can find more about these sections in sections 200A to 200T. These words are used in the context of courts of inquiry. They help you understand what is happening in these courts.
