117ZFReferral of charge must include referral of related charges

  1. If a disciplinary officer is required to refer a charge against an accused to another person, he or she must also refer to that person—

  2. any charge against another person for an offence arising from the same incident or series of incidents; and
    1. any other charge against the accused for an offence arising from the same incident or series of incidents.
