116Arraignment by disciplinary officer

  1. When the accused is brought before a disciplinary officer under this Part, the disciplinary officer must—

  2. inform the accused that the disciplinary officer is going to hear the charge; and
    1. ensure that the accused is correctly described in the record of proceedings; and
      1. read the charge to the accused; and
        1. ensure that the evidence in support of the charge has been adequately disclosed to the accused in the manner prescribed by the rules of procedure; and
          1. ask the accused whether he or she pleads guilty or not guilty to the charge.
