33Failure to suppress or report mutiny

  1. Every person subject to this Act commits an offence, and is liable to imprisonment for life, who, knowing that a mutiny is taking place or is intended,—

  2. fails to use his utmost efforts to suppress or prevent the mutiny; or
    1. fails to use his utmost efforts to report forthwith that the mutiny is taking place or is intended.
