101GPower of Director of Military Prosecutions to direct investigation

  1. The Director of Military Prosecutions may direct a provost officer to—

  2. investigate any matter that the Director considers to be relevant to a charge referred to the Director; or
    1. arrange the investigation of that matter.
      1. A provost officer must comply with a direction given under subsection (1).
