15Local advisory committees

  1. The board must establish as many local advisory committees as it considers appropriate in the manner set out in sections 16 and 19.

  2. However, the board must ensure that—

  3. every area within the territorial limits of New Zealand is included in a local area; and
    1. there is a local advisory committee for every local area.
