50Duty to provide reports to hazardous substance agencies

  1. FENZ must, at least once every 12 months, provide a report to the EPA and any other relevant hazardous substance agency in accordance with this section.

  2. The report, for the period that it covers, must—

  3. include the details of hazardous substance emergencies attended by FENZ in accordance with its main functions under section 11; and
    1. state whether staff from any hazardous substance agency attended the hazardous substance emergency; and
      1. state the total cost of FENZ’s responses to hazardous substance emergencies that FENZ attended.
