149Functions, duties, and powers of Chief of Defence Force in relation to defence area

  1. The Chief of Defence Force has, in relation to any defence area, all the functions, duties, and powers of—

    1. an authorised person under sections 38 to 45.
      1. Subsection (1) is subject to any agreement between the Chief of Defence Force and FENZ.
