156Offence to impersonate personnel with intent to deceive

  1. A person commits an offence if, with intent to deceive, the person pretends to be—

  2. operational personnel; or
    1. a FENZ inspector; or
      1. a person who works for any brigade.
        1. A person who commits an offence under this section is liable on conviction to a term of imprisonment not exceeding 2 months or to a fine not exceeding $25,000, or both.
