85Levy payable on other property

  1. A levy is payable in respect of any property, other than a motor vehicle, that is insured under a contract of fire insurance.

  2. The amount of levy that is payable is an amount calculated on the basis of the sum insured and pro-rated in respect of the period of insurance in accordance with regulations made under section 141.
