123Respondent’s statement of position

  1. To reject FENZ’s statement of position, each respondent must provide a statement of position to FENZ within 40 working days after the date on which FENZ’s statement of position was provided to the respondent.

  2. Each respondent’s statement of position must, with sufficient detail to fairly advise FENZ,—

  3. give an outline of the facts on which the respondent intends to rely; and
    1. give an outline of the evidence on which the respondent intends to rely; and
      1. give an outline of the issues that the respondent considers will arise; and
        1. specify the propositions of law on which the respondent intends to rely.
