183Participation is voluntary

  1. No person is required to participate in the resolution of a dispute using the dispute resolution scheme.

  2. However,—

  3. a person who appeals under section 35, 63, or 66 against a requirement must participate in the resolution of the appeal using the scheme:
    1. a person who agrees to participate in the resolution of a dispute using the scheme must participate in accordance with the rules of the scheme:
      1. if FENZ is a party to a dispute described in paragraph (a) or (b), FENZ must participate in accordance with the rules of the scheme.
        1. This section is subject to section 185.
