You need to know about reviewing appointments in Fire and Emergency New Zealand. The board must have a procedure to review appointments if FENZ personnel complain. This procedure must follow guidelines set by the Public Service Commission. You should look at the procedure to see how it works. It does not apply to acting appointments. The procedure is in place to help with complaints about appointments. The rules for this procedure are based on guidelines from the Public Service Commission, which you can find on the Public Service Act and the amending provision.
