10FENZ’s principal objectives

  1. The principal objectives of FENZ are—

  2. to reduce the incidence of unwanted fire and the associated risk to life and property:
    1. in relation to the main functions of FENZ under section 11 and the additional functions of FENZ under section 12,—
      1. to protect and preserve life; and
        1. to prevent or limit injury; and

            1. to prevent or limit damage to the environment.
