32Form of, and communication of, health standards

  1. The board must take reasonable steps to ensure that health standards are communicated to all operational personnel.

  2. A health standard is taken to have been communicated to operational personnel when the standard has been—

  3. published in a magazine that is published under the authority of the board and distributed to all operational personnel; or
    1. brought to the personal notice of operational personnel.
      1. Any communication referred to in subsection (2)(a) or (b) may be made in 1 or more of the following ways:

      2. by electronic communication (for example, by email):
        1. in non-electronic form (for example, by distributing the publication in a paper-based format):
          1. by distribution by any other form of technology that allows the dissemination of the material in question to operational personnel.
