14Separate titles for undivided shares in land
The Registrar must, if requested to do so by the registered owner of an undivided share as a tenant in common in an estate in land, create a separate record of title for that share.
The Registrar may, if requested to do so by the registered owner of an estate in land, create separate records of title for undivided shares in that estate.
