You are an adjoining owner with no interest in an access strip and you are not making an application. You can choose to give up your right to apply for a record of title to the access strip. You do this by giving your consent, which must include certain information. If you give your consent, you cannot apply for a record of title to the access strip at any time. If you do not give your consent, you still have the right to apply for a record of title to the access strip. Your consent must be included with the application if you choose to give it. You have the right to decide whether or not to give up your right to apply for a record of title to the access strip. This decision does not affect your other rights as an adjoining owner. You can make this decision based on your own needs and circumstances.
