198: Registrar's minutes

You could also call this:

"The Registrar's record of actions"

Illustration for Land Transfer Act 2017

The Registrar has to keep the Registrar's minutes from the Land Transfer Act 1952. You can think of these minutes like a record of what the Registrar does. The Registrar can update these minutes to show what action they took to comply with certain requirements. The Registrar's minutes are not part of the official register. You should know that the Registrar's minutes are kept separately from the register.
