216Registrar may apply to court for directions

  1. The court may, on the application of the Registrar, give directions concerning the performance of any function or the exercise of any power by the Registrar under this Act.

  2. The Registrar must serve notice of the application on—

  3. any person who is registered as the owner of an estate or interest likely to be affected by the application; and
    1. any other person as the court directs.
      1. A person to whom a notice is given is entitled to appear and be heard as a party to the application.
