  1. Information that is recorded in the register must be retained in the register or elsewhere even if—

  2. the information was incorrect and has been altered by the Registrar under section 21 (which relates to the Registrar's powers of alteration); or
    1. the information has been superseded; or
      1. the information is no longer current; or
        1. the form in which the register is kept is changed.
