180Withdrawal of application

  1. An applicant may withdraw an application under section 172 at any time before registration of the applicant as the owner of the estate to which the application relates.

  2. An application may be withdrawn only if—

  3. a person who has lodged a caveat under section 174 consents to the withdrawal or, if the person does not consent, the court makes an order approving the withdrawal; and
    1. a person who has consented to the application under section 172(3), (4), (5), or (8) consents to the withdrawal or, if the person does not consent, the court makes an order approving the withdrawal.
